Hey, just a quick update — we have a new booking for tomorrow at 2:30 PM. Pickup is at 123 Main St, with drop-off at JFK Airport. The client, Sarah James, requested a Black Escalade, and it’s already assigned to you. It’s a curbside pickup, not meet & greet. Please remember there’s a 30-minute grace period for airport pickups, and any wait time beyond that will be billed. She’s been informed of the 24-hour cancellation policy, along with possible extra charges for delays or additional stops. Let us know if anything changes, and thanks for being early as always! To opt out of updates from New Era Black Car Service LLC, reply STOP.

3. Message Frequency
You may receive approximately 2–5 SMS messages per week, depending on your reservations and notifications.


4. Carrier Charges
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and location.

Return and Refund Policy

At New Era Black Car Service, we strive to provide reliable and timely transportation services. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. Service Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel a scheduled ride up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.
     
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
     

2. Refunds for Service Issues

  • If a driver fails to arrive at the scheduled time or service is not provided as agreed, customers may request a partial or full refund.
     
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled trip via email at newerablackcar@gmail.com or by calling 347-686-3288.
     

3. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer does not appear at the scheduled pickup location and does not notify us in advance, the trip fee may be non-refundable.
     

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
     
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
